Located in the city of Tel Aviv, Israel, this elegant duplex penthouse apartment was designed by Pitsou Kedem Architects for a client who is an art collector. On entering the space, the first thing to capture your attention is the amazing panoramic view, a vast cityscape which merges into the blue Mediterranean on the horizon.

From a listed farmhouse in a ruinous estate, located in the Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone in the region of Garrotxa, it is rebuilt and extended the farmhouse Can Calau.It is rebuilt the main building with masonry stone walls taken out from the existent ruin, impregnated with the time footprints.

This boutique hotel quietly dwells in a local neighbourhood that enjoys moderate distance yet convenience to the bustling CBD while offering an authentic Hong Kong experience with local eateries, market, old buildings, temples and scenery of the Hong Kong Island along the tramways.

Wildly inventive, the Campana brothers, Humberto and Fernando, are the celebrated São Paulo design team who made the famous Banquete chair (2002), composed of stuffed toys, and then created its acclaimed opposite, the Favela armchair (2003), constructed of scraps of wood like the homemade shacks in Brazil’s slums.

Based in rural spain,Francesc Rifé Studio have renovated an old farmhouse. ‘empordà house’ is a project that combines old with the new in the most subtle manner. the owner’s interest in furniture by jean prouvé and charlotte perriand influenced the interiors while the extension itself stems from their respect to the local, rural architecture of the empordà.

The site lies at Agios Ioannis – Chania. Main goal of this project is the construction of a three-story residence, a house Inside the city that makes you feel that you are Outside in nature. This goal set the basic foundations for a design that lets the sound of rain, the first rays of the sun and the full moon of August inside the house.

Architecture includes urban, building, furniture and object design, even art, since all these comprise the environment in which we live in. They should be designed based on logic and functionality, but in order to be human, they must involve vision and sentiments.
Those are the elements that give meaning to my life and those same elements I want to define my work.
