Bendigo House is a remarkably unique home located on several acres in Victoria, Australia. Designed by Flack Studio, the interior is thoughtfully designed to be an exciting visual experience.

The initial brief for a largely unrefurbished Victorian house on the South Side of London’s Westbourne Grove, centred around establishing a new family home for two adults and their young children.

BASE Milano is a new place for creative businesses, projects and events open since a few months in Milan, in the former Ansaldo space in Zona Tortona. Among the few activities of BASE – a co-working space, a bar and an amphitheater for events – there is a very special hostel called Casa BASE: a small design hotel with the public opening scheduled from October 2016.

Apple’s UK flagship store on London’s Regent Street has re-opened after an extensive overhaul by Foster + Partners. The brand's inaugural European store, it's now the first on the continent to adopt Apple’s new retail format, unveiled in San Francisco in May this year.

Designed by Venice- and Shanghai– based Alberto Caiola, Botanist Bar draws on the menu of innovative plant-based cocktails, delivering an interior that engages the senses. Located at the leafy heart of Asia’s most sci-fi city – Shanghai’s former French concession – a combination of natural and synthetic elements evoke a futuristic realm where technology meets sustainability to harness the power of plants.

Located in the heart of the historically industrial suburb of Alexandria, 41 Birmingham is the latest multi-unit residential project from SJB. The development encompasses 23 apartments and a ground floor retail and lobby space. Boasting views of the Sydney skyline and a strong architectural presence, the design draws on both the site’s industrial origins and the emerging contemporary profile.

The building was a former school, but it’s a dead cert none of the pupils who attended in its former life had anything like as good a time as the party-goers queuing up for detention these days.
