This apartment in Midtown NYC, by Hariri & Hariri, was formed by merging two units on the 35th floor of a brown brick behemoth of a certain age, which belonged to notorious Beatles and Rolling Stones manager Allen Klein.

Rue Semard is a 90 square meters apartment by Regis Larroque Interior Architects on Square Montholon in Paris, France.

Designed as a hotel and office in a garden, the project at Upper Pickering Street is a study of how WOHA Architects can not only conserve their greenery in a built-up high-rise city centre but multiply it in a manner that is architecturally striking, integrated and sustainable.

Emerging from the rough Cycladic terrain of Tinos and integrated harmoniously into the natural scenery of sand and rock, Diles & Rinies was created as an exhilarating reinterpretation of the local architecture, gracefully capturing the authentic character and liveliness of the Greek culture.

For this new Project, Sandra Tarruella’s team remodeled fully the existing premises, by working with high communication volumes designed based on a finishes’ composition, as well as a topographical play of levels that helped organize and gave hierarchy to the space in the dining areas, and kitchen or service zones.
