In the beautiful area of ​​Santa Croce it was born Benci House a structure. It consists of FOUR ROOMS design where every environment built strictly "Hand made" by craftsmen due to the Archea florence design, four different smells Chestnut, Cypress, Walnut and Oak.

The Buena has finally realised its full potential. The new owners (who are locals) have undertaken an enormous transformation of the iconic and historic Mosman pub. The Buena is about quality and doing things well. SJB, in collaboration with Tess Regan Design, have been inspired by the original character of the building and created a variety of exciting spaces with uncompromising style.

Located in an upcoming neighborhood of the city, the restaurant aims to be a landmark for the regeneration of the old distressed urban fabric. Its approach is simple and clear, using natural materials and mixing them with the abundant greenery

The house is born by its southern, extrovert, cretan field. From the outset, the sculptural gesture arises from this sunny condition: the building is bent by the sun. The elevated concrete facade is without openings, except from an excision at the upper corner which reveals an outdoor space open to western views of the city.

A family came to AGi Architects with the challenge of designing a house that would allow them to live outside 365 days a year, even in the midst of the Kuwaiti summer, when temperatures soar to over 40°C.
