This house takes part of a program of the congregation Rotterdam who wanted to revitalize disadvantaged neighbourhoods by selling metier houses to private persons. These homes have in common that they are neglected the last few years and have to be refreshed.

Recently Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising moved to the Sindhorn Bldg. on Wireless Rd. The move was part of a plan from Publicis group to locate their affiliated companies in one building for shared resources.

The light of the abundant tropical Sun falls on the white volume of the top floor of the house, penetrating the holes of the hollowed elements and covering the floor of the interior space. Thus, the design of spatialized lace is formed from the shadows and solar rays.

The Wilton Residence is a 1930’s hunting lodge located in the historical heart of Connecticut. The home belongs to an American family, who after living in Europe for 13 years returned to the US.
