After the success of the Fabrica Kreaton, in Komotini, Greece, Minas Kosmidis of Architecture in Concept, has designed the Farma Kreaton. Tucked away behind a two storey building in Komotini, the contemporary rural theme is immediately apparent by the wooden planks of the facade with piles of straw and pots of fresh flowers at the entrance.

This 120 sq.m. apartment in the coastal suburb of Palaio Faliro, was recently renovated by Athens based architects, Spacelab. The interior was literally opened up by the demolition of the internal walls in the living, dining and kitchen areas.

Ch+qs architectos faced a great challenge, in 2011, when they were asked to convert a 2.700m2 old slaughterhouse, in Madrid, into a public cinema center.
Reinventing the space for a completely different use, while respecting its inherent past and without compromising its integral beauty was a thought-provoking task.

The popular Josefine/ Roxy Club in Savassi, SE Brazil, was built and designed in 2007  by DJ/architect, Fred Mafra. Four years later, the club was redesigned by Mafra and reopened with a new identity.

The new Camper store in Osaka is now open and floating. Designed by Nendo, the store is meant to express a sense of freedom and enjoyment in the simple pleasure of walking.

An old farm storage, situated on the historic core of Vacalo, Switzerland, was renovated by Studio Inches, to serve as a residence for the local Mayor. With architectural features dating back to 17thcentury, this “tower house” of 6x6m, is divided into 4 levels, with a total floor area of 120m2.

A boutique hotel with diverse cultural and historical connotations, the Downtown, Mexico, a member of Design Hotels, is housed in an impressive palatial structure in a UNESCO Heritage site in Mexico City.
