Located in the northern Athenian suburb of Ekali, Woodwing Villa is a stunning family residence which stands on a generous site surrounded by pine trees. It is a structure which fulfills the diverse needs of its occupants as a summer and winter home through its well planned indoor and outdoor spaces.

N+B Architectes have designed a new house located in Montferrier sur Lez, France. Situated in a pine forest on a plot with a steep, the first job was the creation of an enabling environment for the establishment of a home.

The Postcard House is a conventional wood frame construction. Exterior materials consist of prefinished metal panels, and stained cedar siding. The building envelope features spray-foam insulation and thermally improved glazing for superior energy efficiency. High-efficiency forced-air systems heat and cool the house.

The walls of the masonry shell are faceted and heavy, and have been sculpted to provide the necessary privacy to the interior without sacrificing solar access. Designed to fit within the local planning envelope controls, the walls diminish in height when approaching the boundary...

Dark glass and a desert garden of mini, sandy-coloured cubes of rock, palms and agaves are the first impressions that the hotel offers. A kind of urban artwork, the sculptural modern architecture and overall originality designed by Ruy Ohtake and Joao Armentano certainly make the Hotel Unique one of a kind.

Constructed on a grassy slope overlooking the town of Decin in the Czech Republic, Villa Decin enjoys the best of both worlds, a rural setting with urban amenities. The 750 sq.m. home was designed by the practice of Studio Pha, who created a residence within a simple geometric structure positioned on a stone base, which accommodates ample parking and storage space.
