This residence designed by Masahiko Sato was built on a sloping ground which faces the road along the Sasebo bay in Nagasaki and fronts the sea having a front road and bump. When you look the south side from there, you can see the blue sea and the blue sky.

The newly built House of Justice designed by German architect, J. Mayer, has been dedicated to the people of Mestia to be also used as a Civic Centre. The four asymmetric hexagons in textured concrete make up the facade of the two storey structure.
