Following the same conceptual approach as the Boutique Hotel, the three private and independent villas form part of a unified architectural and landscape vision. Set apart from the hospitality area, the residences are designed to offer their occupants a greater sense of privacy and intimacy, while maintaining a strong connection to the overall character of the development.
Each villa extends across five levels, including a basement and rooftop, with fluid, open spaces arranged around a central staircase and elevator core. This central element acts as the main structural and spatial axis of the residences, organizing the different levels and creating a natural flow between the interior spaces.
The lower floors are dedicated to generous communal areas, conceived to encourage social interaction, gathering and sharing. Moving upwards, the character of the interiors gradually becomes more private and intimate, with spaces designed around comfort, tranquillity and a slower pace of living. This carefully considered transition creates a sense of continuity throughout the homes, while allowing each level to establish its own atmosphere.
The interiors bring together iconic pieces of European design with elements drawn from Chinese tradition, creating a subtle dialogue between two distinct cultural identities. Rather than using traditional references as decorative or nostalgic gestures, the design reinterprets them through contemporary materials, refined details, local craftsmanship and carefully considered proportions.
The result is a sophisticated and timeless interior language that combines the elegance of international design with a strong sense of place. Contemporary European influences and Chinese cultural references coexist naturally, creating residences that feel both cosmopolitan and deeply rooted in their context.
