Neue Black is an innovate mortgage broker in South Yarra that wanted to create a distinct identity appealing to all generations. While quite refined, the office is more like a studio with a relaxed open plan.

ASR house is located on the second floor of a century building in Ragusa.From survey of the state of fact it showed that the plane in the subject had already been consolidated in the 90's, during a restoration and consolidation of the entire property.

Located in a former Ansaldo complex in Milan‘s Tortona, BASE is a contemporary investigation between the meaning and form of new cultural institutions. Recently completed by Onsitestudio, the project is housed in a former factory, designed to facilitate multiple activities, enabling ultimate flexibility for multiple scenarios.

A towering, ten-foot brass door, gleaming in the midday Mediterranean sun, marks the entrance to Sikelia. It’s a gateway fit for Roman gods—one weighing 1,500 pounds and designed by Rome’s own Francesco Alessandrelli—and seems to tempt those who approach. What could lie beyond that door? Is this really just a resort?

Born in Imola in 1965, he graduated in Architecture at the Faculty of Florence. In 1992 he founded the architectural firm Costanzi Bedeschi architects. In 2006 he founded the architectural firm Marco Costanzi architect. He enters the professional world with a number of houses and showrooms projects.

WE re-DESIGN
We do not invent new forms, but re-CYCLE the existing ones, to dismantle and re-ASSEMBLE. We put the pieces together by changing the order and the rhythm, we re-MIX forms and re-INVENT new combinations.

The slight rotation compared to the long volumes of the terraced houses and its polygonal form give the tower-like monolithic apartment building a stronger autonomy, thereby benefiting its relationship with the two neighbouring buildings on the other side of the street.
