That of a place occupied by the landscape but described as uninhabitable simply because it is uninhabited.
It's precisely this landscape, deeply engraved by the horizon, that led our intervention. The first approach was to open.
Open to sight, open to air and to light. The transformation proceeds through demolition.

AD to photograph the house of the brothers Benedini. Giampaolo and Emanuele Benedini, the founder of the famous Agape bath brand, live wall to wall in a converted baroque house in Mantua.

Italian linen expert Frette has opened a new London store, in collaboration with Britt Moran and Emiliano Salci of Dimore Studio. Located on South Audley Street, in the heart of the city’s most distinguished retail quarter, the boutique is also Dimore Studio’s first commercial project in the city, marking Frette’s retail expansion in London.

Designed as a family home made to last, the Victorian gem was full of hidden treasures waiting to be uncovered. Once the red carpet was removed, the original Baltic pine floorboards were revealed, while false ceilings came down to lift the height of the rooms throughout.

When Tere arrived on site the flat valley floor was scarred with access roads and farm paths. The rectangular farming fields seemed to cut and jar with the landscape. She immediately saw the need to create a clean landscape. With this in mind she began to clean and remove the hard lines in the cultivated valley.

In October, Palazzo Morando in Milan will be the venue for ELLE DECOR Italy`s unprecedented exhibition 'Grand Hotel'. It will showcase trends in interior decoration by recreating hotel rooms, designed by Piero Lissoni and Patricia Urquiola according to the aesthetic codes of ELLE DECOR Italy.

Pietro Russo was trained in painting and ceramics, before he entered the Accademia delle Belle Arti in Florence, where he studied scenography. Understanding the design process as a research in existing scenic environments, he started exploration in the field of interior and product design.
