Studio Mills recently completed a family apartment in Westminster. As a second home for the family, the apartment combines mid-century modern with rich textures as a backdrop for the client’s collection of art, creating an apartment that is both luxurious and soft.

The Church of San Pellegrino in the historic centre of Lucca, Italy takes the name from its location on Via San Pellegrino, now known as Via Galli Tassi. It is believed that the church was built at the ancient San Giorgio doorway – the access door to ancient Roman forts, hidden in the walls and used as an emergency passage during attacks and sieges.

‘Maison de Maître’ in Ghent dates back to late 19th Century. Throughout the years, the house had suffered from poor maintenance, but luckily many of it’s original features survived. Hans Verstuyft Architecten restored the house in 2013, effortlessly marrying heritage with minimalism and modernity.

Cointec Office is a workspace for a consultant firm designed by Spanish architecture firm Dot Partners. The office was designed to emphasise spaciousness, with one large room stretching across the entire structure. Select furnishings and carefully placed glass partitions divide the space according to use.
