AS Aperitivo is an extension to the established AS restuarant in in the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana and was completed in December of 2011. The structure sits on the site of the old garden pavilion of the restaurant and is destined to become a meeting place for evening drinks and relaxation.

The international competition, “Design for a Changing World”, organized by delood.com in collaberation with Casaviva and Living Divani, has reached its completion. Out of 138 entrants, 4 new groups are highlighted as being well worth talking about.

Designed by the renowned Catalan architect, Javier Barba, this house is considered to be one of the most impressive on the island of Mykonos. The design concept has close ties with the traditional architecture of the island, curving domes, rounded walls and whitewashed chimney stacks ... 

Located in the tranquil setting of a park in Cuneo, Piemonte, Italy, this ultra contemporary building is anything but tranquil. Its strong powerful form dominates the scene, representing the dynamics and continuous development of its owners, Porto Rossa SPA, in fact it is an image forming sculpture, instantly identified.

A small container created using a 3D printer that cuts, stacks and pastes sheets of paper one by one. Nendo finished the surface with lacquer. The lacquer adhered thickly to the edges of the accumulated paper, and pulled at the paper's surface, resulting in a mysterious texture like wood grain.

For the second time,” Furniture From Greece” is participating in an international design and decoration fair. The initial show in imm, Cologne was met with enthusiasm and this time, in the heart of design, Milan, preparations have been made to make an even greater impression.

Van Herpen graduated from the ArtEZ Hogeschool voor Kunsten in Arnhem in 2006, did an internship with Alexander McQueen, among others, and started a label under her own name in 2007. A year later, she was nominated for the prestigious Createurope: The Fashion Academy Award.
