Akin Creative have teamed up once again with Dion Lee, to open their new Bondi Junction retail store. Kelvin Ho, the founder of Akin Creative, is well known for shaping the way we interact with brands. This is his fifth collaboration with the fashion label.

The project deals with the redesign of an apartment in an old building from the 70s in Ramat Gan. Planning and design is inspired by urban apartments. From the 50s, with monochromatic colors do not become outdated and create a timeless sense

12-Micron, draws on the colours and tones of the spotted gum with an irresistible palette of dusky pink furniture, muted grey stone, blond timber tables, bark-like leathers and earthy tableware. The idea of the spotted gum’s rougher texture has also been introduced “through leathered finished granite as well as loose fit leather sofas and banquets with ruffled detailing.”

Bookended by a 35 acre public park to the south and a private park to the north, the swanky luxury condominium is the work of Renzo Piano Building Workshop.

The revival of an Elsternwick residence has allowed award-winning Melbourne practice Mim Design to create a stunning internal transformation of a historic Edwardian home. The owners of DRF Residence, a young family of four, wanted to turn their home, which was dark with cramped unusable spaces, into a modern sanctuary that paid homage to the era’s architectural styling.

An artist’s studio, gallery space and sculpture garden are designed to make the most of mountainside views on a demanding site. The core idea was to create a unique setting for an artist studio and sculpture garden positioned on a hillside with breath-taking views to the valley below.
