Lokal hotel is an innovative boutique hotel situated in Old City, Philadelphia, whose interior space was crafted by the mastermind team of Jersey Ice Cream Co. All of its six apartment-style units are worth the spotlight as each suite has its own unique flair and even a name (after one of many famous Philadelphia residents of past and present).

Born in 1945 in Barcelona, he obtained the academic qualifications in the year 1970 in the Technical High School of Architecture of Barcelona (ETSBA). When the Client, owners of a building and development business in Melbourne, approached Kennedy Nolan for a new house on the steep slopes of Mount Eagle, some of the opportunities were immediately evident. Simple colours and basic geometries define Keerbergen House. White is favoured, as is a single-story rectangular floor plan. The ground floor is spilt in two parts: a kitchen on one half of the space and a sitting room on the other.
