A pre existing duplex penthouse in the Carl Fischer Building in Cooper Street, New York, was given a new lease of life through the expertise of CWS Architecture in collaboration with Lissoni Associati.

In 1954 Carlo Mollino presented an "ideal house" for the 10th Triennale di Milano. It was a mountain house called Casa Capriata. The project "of a house with a timber structure" had been in the works since 1946 but sadly it had never saw conclusion before Mollino’s death.

UNStudio‘s design for an existing loft located in greenwich village in manhattan

flow through the space, and together with articulated ceilings create hybrid conditions
in which exhibition areas merge into living areas.

This private residence was built in downtown Imabari for a family of four. The
property is elongated westward from a road on its east, with a spacious yard to the northalong a waterway.
