Private Apartment in Munich. Purist, reduced, simple. Adapted to the needs of the customer, a spacious structure with individualized areas was created. The furniture is reduced to the essentials. Selected vintage elements in combination with simple and linear objects create a homely character.

A Melbourne espresso bar built with a minimal material palette within an exposed concrete shell. Belying its small budget the project delivered a highly functional space with a robust aesthetic suitable for both high volume passing trade and casual coffee lovers.

The private areas of this apartment, initially comprising three bedrooms, gave place to a single living room. The social area, comprising the former living-room and a study, became two bedrooms and a walk-in closet. With such spatial reconfiguration a question appear.

The ultimate Berlin dream home is a ‘Haus am See’, a property with waterfront access beside one of the many attractive lakes surrounding the city. The earth is almost pure sand around here, so the shorelines are beach-like and the lakes are clean.

The design of the house responds to its spectacular location near the edge of the ocean and its site falling steeply away towards the water’s edge on hamilton island.
