Situated in Podgorica, Montenegro and designed by Elastic Architects, this full floor penthouse combines residential areas with office spaces, connecting the two functions seamlessly with hidden routes.

Situated in the charming Spanish town of Borriana, the ‘Cs House‘ is a modern villa, coherent in its vision and execution.
The house is located on a long, narrow plot of land, accessed by the north-facing side. From this point, the site looks onto the Sierra Calderona mountain, which in part provided inspiration for the project.

The client brief for this small summer house located in Halkidiki, Greece called for a low-maintenance weekend home located on a pristine olive grove hill overlooking the sea, and beyond towards the famous monasteries of Mount Athos.

Lance McGregor started his illustrious journey in Wellington, New Zealand.  After receiving his Industrial Design Degree, McGregor was employed by leading New Zealand innovators Fisher & Paykel.  After 3 years designing award winning refrigeration appliances and honing his craft, his ambition quickly took him to London, England, where he became Senior Designer .

The project realized on the 5th floor of one of Zaha HAdid's buildings in City Life in Milan was born with the aim of paying tribute to the great architect who disappeared during the design of the project.

Middletown Cafe is the embodiment of refined style and thoughtful consideration to detail. Designed by Melbourne-based interior architecture practice Studio Tate, the bold yet refined interior is the personification of Middletown’s ‘modern muse’, the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton.
