Fidar Beach House it on a rugged outcrop of rock overlooking the Mediterranean in the region of Jbeil on the northern coast of Lebanon. A design project of the practice of Raed Abillama Architects, the 506 sq.m. vacation home comfortably accommodates the 5 member family and three guests in the adjoining, yet independent guest house.

Located in Franschhoek in the Valley of the Huguenots in South Africa is the Maison Estate, owned by Chris Weylandt. The villa type building houses the Tasting Room where a selection of limited edition wines may be appreciated and a restaurant called The Kitchen.

An interesting project undertaken by the practice of Techne Architects was for an extension to the Prahran Hotel in Melbourne, Australia. The hotel, in the Australian sense of the word as a pub or pub/eatery, is located in a simple 1940s structure with an iconic Art Deco facade.
