Unlike Flora Danica, Copenhague is draped in darker, more intense colours and textures.

Ramon Esteve Studio have divided the restaurant into three sections: the lobby entrance where guests can enjoy a drink at the bar, the main dining area and the outside courtyard. A visual language has been developed for the restaurant by fusing copper and marble elements which deliver an industrial feel to the building.
