As part of the 2012 Santorini Biennale of Arts, New York based designers, 24 degree Studio, created Daphne, an on-site installation in a tunnel and stairway leading to the ruins of Kasteli castle in Pyrgos, Santorini.

This is a unique project which celebrates the winemakers and artisans of South Australia through the creation of an exquisite ‘object d’art’. The ampoule, designed and hand -crafted by glassblower Ray Leake, contains 750 ml of a fine vintage wine, a 2004 Kalimna Block Cabernet Sauvignon.

An air purification device that attaches to the output vent of fans and air conditioners. The device is filled with tiny beads impregnated with essential oils extracted from fir trees.

When I look for inspiration I hold a old object in my hand, such as a Limoges coffee cup. I love the design from the past . Regarding the contemporary one I am more critic except exceptional cases.
