Quinta Do Vallado Winery Hotel is an expansion project, of distinctive identity, completed in March 2012, by architects Guedes and DeCampos. Situated in Peso da Regua, Portugal, the winery required two areas of intervention; those of leisure and production.

The Parisien kindergarden, Ecole Maternelle Javelot, designed by Eva Samuel architects and associates, is the first school in Paris to be constructed with a  ‘green’ climate plan. It is surrounded by high rise buildings yet it stands out by its distinctively playful colour scheme.

Designed in 2011 in Sydney, Australia, by Luigi Rosselli, Gordon Bay House is an illustration of raw architectural simplicity expressed in irregular curvilinear forms. This starkly beautiful building consists of three levels; each level alternatively offset from its boundary by 6 degrees.

React Architects have just unveiled the fascinating Edge Summer House in the Island of Paros in Greece. The structure is made up of two residences, beautifully divided in the middle by a wide staircase that leads to the pool area.

This compact family home located in Kifisia, a northern suburb of Athens, was designed by architect Koukourakis and associates. Constructed on a small plot of land, great care was taken to incorporate a sense of transparency and space, without compromising the privacy of the residents.

Located in Tokyo, Portico is house made up of four distinct volumes that stand out in their simplicity and cleanliness. The central element rests on the remaining three volumes allowing for light to flow through the interior of the structure.
