Located in the creative surroundings of two theaters, Graanmarkt 13 is an old townhouse in the middle of Antwerp that hosts an apartment, shop, restaurant and gallery under one roof.

Simple colours and basic geometries define Keerbergen House. White is favoured, as is a single-story rectangular floor plan. The ground floor is spilt in two parts: a kitchen on one half of the space and a sitting room on the other.

Architect Dominic Pandolfini has more than tripled the size of his once run-down home in Melbourne, by adding a contemporary extension clad with zinc. Port Melbourne House is a 100-year-old heritage property in one of the city's bayside suburbs.

The couple who owns this property wanted to find an escape from the bustling streets of New York City, and in the end they successfully ended up with this tranquil oasis in the heart of Chelsea.

The apartment was created for Mother of client, we presented his interior NPL Penthouse two years before. Both flats have similar construction and space , both are in new concrete structure houses , both have skyline view.

As unlikely as it sounds, Brazilian architect Fernanda Marques has installed a swimming pool in the courtyard of a duplex apartment in São Paulo’s upscale residential neighbourhood of Villa Nova Conceição.
