The skyline – the meeting of earth and heaven – is the Archimedean point in every swath of architecture that orients the building in its surrounding. Whether it be built in a dense urban fabric, on a high mountain or a narrow, deep canyon – each building is measured by its sky.

AJN is currently developing the project of the Louvre Abu Dhabi located on Saaydiyat Island. This district includes four other main museums: The National Museum Sheikh Ayed, The Contemporary Art Museum (Guggenheim), a Live Arts Center and a Maritime Museum.

The Twin Houses are located in the Kastanienbaum district close to Lake Lucerne. This new construction is positioned in the picturesque landscape in such a way that only a minimum of the existing terrain is built over.

This study concerns the redesign of the interior of The Mansion, the 600 sqm.villa which is located at the highest, most prominent point at the Daios Cove Resort in Vathi, Crete, enjoying the most spectacular views of the bay of Vathi.

A consolidated landscape surrounded by gardens with big trees within the metropolis of Madrid is the fortunate starting point of this house.

This architecture that thrives on open space, white, lucid surfaces, springs from the place where it is anchored, at the extremity of the new Gallipoli.

A country house gets new life by the renovation of the interiors and the expansion of the living space designed in the extension made by glass and corten steel. The new volume talks with the natural landscape through the wide windows.
