The new format debuts on 25 July at Corso Garibaldi 65 in the Brera Design District of Moleskine Company’s hometown, Milan, ready to be replicated in global cities worldwide. This original retail concept was conceived together with the expertise of international brand consultancy, Interbrand.

Located in Melbourne, Australia, LSD Residence was designed for a couple of soon-to-be empty nesters, providing them a comfortable and refined space to rest and socialize with friends.

Modern architecture of light and monumental at the same time , the interior is comfortable and technologically advanced. Space was created for man and man complements the space. This Modern interpretation of the architecture of the 60 years including all advanced technologies of our time.

Designed by Workroom and built by Agushi, the modern form of Kooyong House comprises a large white cement rendered box atop a ground-level glass & off–form concrete volume. The use of raw industrial materials like concrete and steel compliments luscious timber paneling and opulent stone surfaces, creating a warm and masculine ambience.

This unique 19th century Lion House is located in an exclusive Fulham terrace. The main body of the building and its rear wing are carefully extended towards the rear and side in accordance with the historical constraints imposed by its heritage context.

The site’s topography has a 20% slope, which means exactly 8 m difference between lowest and highest points. A 16 m square-shaped house was spotted in a single store above the inclined topography. In such a way that it results in two equal additional useful spaces
