OD Blow Dry Bar|SNKH Architectural Studio

“OD” is the first blow dry bar in Yerevan, Armenia, created by a group of young and enthusiastic entrepreneurs. The primary goal was to create a new model of a beauty salon and to outline the lifestyle through the interior, to create an atmosphere that the customer is not used to.
The OD Blow Dry Bar lies in a 1930’s neoclassical building, in the very center of Yerevan, near Republic Square.

Bouet Restaurant|Ramon Esteve Studio

Ramon Esteve Studio have divided the restaurant into three sections: the lobby entrance where guests can enjoy a drink at the bar, the main dining area and the outside courtyard. A visual language has been developed for the restaurant by fusing copper and marble elements which deliver an industrial feel to the building.

Govaert & Vanhoutte Architects may well have perfected the profile for the ultimate bachelor pad. Built-in cigar cabinets, a car elevator, a rooftop jacuzzi and a private club in the basement with a subterranean pool view are just some of the characteristics that make this slick riverside property, located just outside of Ghent, the perfect foil for a player.

Lorenzo Guzzini References Japanese Tea Houses

The pyramidal roof of this house near Italy's Lake Como takes cues from traditional Japanese tea houses, and is slanted to allow low winter sun to reach the rustic interior. The property is situated on a small hillside plot surrounded by woodland on the edge of the village of Dizzasco, from which it overlooks a valley descending towards the lake.
