The revival of an Elsternwick residence has allowed award-winning Melbourne practice Mim Design to create a stunning internal transformation of a historic Edwardian home. The owners of DRF Residence, a young family of four, wanted to turn their home, which was dark with cramped unusable spaces, into a modern sanctuary that paid homage to the era’s architectural styling.

Projects such as Five Franklin Place in New York’s Tribeca district, Austria’s Graz Music Theatre, the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, and Taiwan’s Talee Isetan building.

Apple Dubai Mall is reinventing the traditional introverted idea of mall-based retail as a more outward looking experience that engages with the spectacle of urban life. Its design is a highly innovative response to the culture and climate of the Emirates, while also demonstrating Apple’s pioneering ambition to create inspirational civic spaces for all.

Lonely Wellington is an extension of Lonely’s branding touch-points and service focus for New Zealand’s capital. Continuing with an atmosphere of intimacy and warmth, the store aims to capture the quiet intellect of the Wellington customer with materials and finishes more suited to their cooler climate.
