Brett Graham began his cooking career at aged 15, in Newcastle, Australia. Later on, he moved to England, where he worked for three years at The Square owned by Nigel Platts-Martin and Phillip Howard. Eventually, when the time was right he opened The Ledbury. Few restaurants manage to summon up that magical mix of red-hot gastronomic thrills, real style & spirited vibes, but The Ledbury pulls it off in brilliant fashion.
The Ledbury picked up its second Michelin star in 2010 & Graham's latest venture, The Harwood Arms also received its first star, some 18 months after opening in Fulham. He even managed to listen out for any customer comments regarding his food. This is truly the hallmark of not only a good Chef but also a good all round businessman that understands the importance of customer satisfaction.
