Developed in collaboration with Jacobsen Architecture for Lamar Development, Copper Villa is one of the exclusive Sea Mirror Villas located on Jumeirah Bay Island in Dubai. Patricia Urquiola designed the interiors with a strong focus on materiality, craftsmanship, and a sense of contemporary comfort. A restrained palette of natural materials, including wood, marble, travertine, and tactile textiles, creates a warm and sophisticated atmosphere throughout the villa.
The interior spaces are carefully composed to establish a visual and material connection between the architecture and its surrounding landscape. Custom-designed furniture and architectural elements are combined with a curated selection of pieces from Urquiola’s collections, creating a coherent and distinctive interior language. The design balances intimate, welcoming spaces with the openness of the villa, allowing natural light and views of the Arabian Gulf to become an integral part of the experience. Through the combination of refined materials, bespoke details, and contemporary forms, Copper Villa expresses a quiet and luxurious approach to modern waterfront living.
