This is a house on Avenida da Boavista in Porto. This site enjoys a prime location because it is located next to the City Park, providing great views all around.

The gap between the avenue and the park was mainly responsible for the intervention strategy. Thus, the implementation of the house is carried out at a lower level than the inlet, releasing the cover garden, where the presence of only two volumes might suggest the existence of a building.

The large glazing, promotes contact between the zones, social and extensive external spaces, extensions that serve as visual and functional features, in contrast to the relationship between the more constrained courtyards and private areas of the house.
