The project Apartment H & M is the renovation of a classic Viennese apartment of 130m2 completed in 2014 by destilat ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN.
The spatial structure was adapted to the requirements of modern living style. The kitchen has been integrated into the living area, which in turn created an additional kids bedroom. The tiny bathroom was replaced by a wellness area with sauna. Even the master bedroom was significantly enhanced with the inclusion of a small cabinet.
The careful restoration worth preserving substance goes hand in hand with the integration of modern elements. The result is a fascinating dialogue between contemporary and classic.
