The residence with a total surface of 1800 sqm was constructed in the area of the old airport, a south suburb of Athens. The general initial design of the building was undertaken by the architectural office ISV Architects. Taking new data into account and bringing the owner’s vision to life, 360 conceptdesignstudio remodeled the interior of the buildin. 360 conceptdesignstudio office and collaborators placed great emphasis on the design of individual architectural details, the furnishings and the design of special constructions, the choice of both architectural and decorative materials, the lighting design in the interior and exterior spaces as well as the landscape design. The sea view constitutes the main natural feature in addition, the large circumferential openings add an extrovert style to the indoor spaces by allowing abundant sunlight to reach the interior. The playful interaction of light and shade on the white walls create a sense of joyfulness. The residence is divided into four levels, the upper level is the master suite. The living room, the dining room and the main kitchen are on the ground floor, the bedrooms comprise the first floor. Lastly, utility rooms, guest rooms and parking are all on the lower levels.
