Fabio Novembre with Mathieu Lehanneur and Nendo create the event Bohemian Rhapsody for the Bohemian company Lasvit, the leading designer and manufacturer of bespoke contemporary large glass art installations.
It represents concept of love and light, large glass and metal cocoons suspended in the space, symbols of an anticipated metamorphosis. The cocoons has become the core element of the project. The chrysalis represents the last step before the metamorphosis, the waiting, the wish of a new birth: suspended in glass and metal in the air, fecundated by light; unexpected matching between art and design they represent the metamorphosis of the world, the ongoing changing of life that glass embodies so perfectly.
