Interiors

The interiors of Le Coucou were conceived to break the conventions of the existing building and to contrast with the clean Scandinavian lines of the newly remodeled hotel. Roman and Williams have stripped away all of the years of renovations to expose the existing raw brick space.

A duplex house located in a small neighborhood north of Tel-Aviv, Israel, resides two families of close friends. Both are well attuned to modern architecture as owners of construction technology solutions businesses.The goal was to design two different single family houses, each with its own unique plan, and still maintain a unified and coherent architectural element.

The project is located in an old jugendstil building from 1901, in the Neustadt area in Strasbourg. This large duplex apartment occupies the former attic of the building. It has been created through the conversion of  old maid rooms and the above loft that was used for storage.

A 1950s building designed by Italo Gamberini in the middle of Florence has been renovated by local outfit AMDB Studio’s Daniela Bianchi into Glance, a swanky, modern 69-room boutique hotel.

This cafeteria is to be found in Berlin’s university area and it offers its own coffee blend from Brazil and El Salvador. Its coffee is extraordinary and you can even buy some to take home with you. Its “apfelkuchen” (apple pie) is the house special and it is famous throughout the city.

Lik house is located in the place which went into the residential section from the business district. It was rebuilding in the land in which it was born and the client grew up. It was expected of the residence with a feeling of a resort which can be relaxed, securing privacy, since medium-rise collective housing is also scattered around besides the single-family house of a low layer.
