The mountain retreat is a small structure set within a high country station occupying 1,300 hectares on the south facing shores of Lake Wakatipu, Central Otago. This region of New Zealand is also known as the Southern Lakes. It is an alpine environment formed by heavily glaciated schist mountainscapes and vegetated below the snow line with beech forest.

Located in the eastern suburbs of Sydney with distant views to Sydney Harbour, this irregular shaped site with a narrow street frontage, a steep slope from front to rear and sandstone rock shelves posed a significant challenge to the architect.

In the beautiful area of ​​Santa Croce it was born Benci House a structure. It consists of FOUR ROOMS design where every environment built strictly "Hand made" by craftsmen due to the Archea florence design, four different smells Chestnut, Cypress, Walnut and Oak.

The house is born by its southern, extrovert, cretan field. From the outset, the sculptural gesture arises from this sunny condition: the building is bent by the sun. The elevated concrete facade is without openings, except from an excision at the upper corner which reveals an outdoor space open to western views of the city.
