‘Made in Greece’ is the title of the Greek Pavilion at the Venice Biennale 2012, a note of positivity for the future of Athens, an urban space currently suffering during a period of economic uncertainty.
The exhibition concentrates on the need to rethink the reality of Athenian life in terms of architecture and public spaces. Never before have there been so
many enthusiastic young architects and alternative networks who are willing to fight for and work towards the restoration of their capital.
An exhibition of designs depicting eight suggestions by architects and creative groups are displayed for the future of Athens, which hold some fascinating ideas for consideration and discussion.
