The residence stands imposingly, on a corner site right above the port of Rafina. It is designed to be elegant through the simplicity of its volumes. Its sharp edges and cantilevered surfaces enhance its modern architectural attributes. Focal point of all major interior spaces is the impressive view of the bay of Rafina. The materials used on the exterior of the house are a strong play between dark marble tiles and white stucco surfaces that create a dynamic contradiction. The interior is composed of more subtle soothing colors. The lighting study, especially after the sunset is designed to provide a levitating effect of the upper volume of the residence
