Designed by ACPV and located in the rapidly growing 7th district of Taichung, La Bella Vita residential tower is 128 metres tall and covers a total surface area of 33,000 m². The building creates a new residential community of 168 living units, in the commercial heart of the city and adds a series of street-level retail spaces to the area. The identity of La Bella Vita is defined by the striking layout of the building’s interiors. Four lower volumes with stacked balconies in fact underpin an amber-coloured, 37-storey upper section, wrapped in a honeycomb window structure.

“The three-storey lobbies bring together the communities of residents, creating multiple opportunities for exchange and interaction. The lower floors from a new infrastructure for co-living, with communal areas like the library, gym, pool, and dining and meeting rooms.”
The Arclinea Collection is an integral part of the interiors, inspired by the quality typical of Italian design and lifestyle. The main player is Convivium, the concept kitchen that revolutionised kitchen architecture.
A double island and functional wall come together in an exclusive kitchen layout with doors in black PVD stainless steel and built-in Era snack bar in fossil oak, located in the building’s ‘communal area, which will host show cooking and events.

Compact and functional, the Convivium island with doors in bronze PVD, Era snack bar and a wall of tall units in elm fits in beautifully with the living area, thanks to matching materials and fine finishes, for a seamless streamlined look.
