Texas based Poteet Architects were the interior designers of this loft apartment situated on top of a building in an industrial environment. Full advantage has been taken of the high ceilings and deep windows to create an open plan living space of simplistic elegance.
The walls and ceilings are painted a uniform white and colour is introduced into the interior in the form of the extensive art collection of the owner as well as decorative objects and flowers in bright primary colours. The furniture is basic and consists of the minimum number of pieces necessary for comfortable living.
A stairway leads to the upper level of the loft where a casual dining area has been created.
