Full transparency from the facade right through to the kitchen define this space, the 2nd branch of the 100% Chocolate Cafe. Designed by Masamichi Katayama of Wonderwall Studio, it is an open temptation to lovers of chocolate who happen to be passing by.

The cafe is located in the Sky Tree complex in Tokyo and combines the cafe facility with a colourful self service space where the 56 types of chocolate bars are colour coded for easy identification. A kiosk set up outside caters for the take away drinks and chocolate products.

The interior is a mass of shining surfaces, the walls are of white glazed tiles, the serving bar is of stainless steel and the tables are of glossy veined marble with a series of glass shaded lamps attached. The wooden floor adds a touch of warmth to the space as do the chestnut steel chairs.

The kitchen is open plan and visible through a series of glass boxes, customers can watch the process of chocolate making in its entirety. A fun loving touch is the lowered ceiling of wood, shaped to resemble a giant bar of chocolate. A wonderfully smart destination for chocoholics and fans of this growing brand of chocolate products.
