The Aeroblade Commuter Bike is the result of collaboration between bike designer Koga Miyata and Dutch bespoke car builder Spyker. Only 50 pieces were produced and went on sale at US$ 15.000 each.
Every effort was made to ensure that each aspect of the manufacturing of the bike matched up to the standards of excellence demanded by the designers. Fitted with a titanium frame, the mudguards and wheel sets are made from aluminium glass fiber coated carbon composite. The finest leather was used to fashion the saddle and handgrips. Technical features include Formula disc brakes and Rohloff 14 speed internal rear hub.
The Spyker motto “for the tenacious, no road is impassable” could be applied to this luxurious “two wheeled, one manpowered” machine.
