Amsterdam based designer Pepe Heykoop created a new collection called "skin collection" a series that uses existing furnitures modified and covered up in leather leftovers to form new compositions.

This is what Pepe has to say : "The furnitures used are existing, modified and covered up in leather leftovers. The skin collection is a reaction on the 25-30 percent exessive waste produced by the furniture industy. This project is fed by leather scrap, turning it into random skin patterns, refering to cell structures and growth in nature."
