It sports 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a two level guest house and even has a private accessto Black's Beach. The views are outrageous and even the garage will bring tears to your eyes. In fact its so great that Visa Black Card used it in one of its commercials, which I think speaks for itself.
