The private residence is situated in the outskirts of Monemvasia, in a high pitch ground with panoramic view to the sea.

Residence spaces are organized in three levels (underground floor, ground floor and upper floor) along a corridor which includes the main entrance of the building. Ground floor is the main level of the residence as all main spaces are situated there. Two atriums along the corridor distinguish common spaces from private rooms as bedrooms. Most of the spaces take advantage of the overwhelming view.

Among the materials used, most significant are the stone- which underlines the basic synthetic principals, fair faced concrete and  hacked plaster. Wooden decks and panels complete the composition of the residence.
