The new headquarters of the Granada Business Confederation was designed by Alejandro Munoz Mirando in collaboration with Luis Lopez-Quinones Garcia and Eva M. Alonso Garcia.

The 1.760m2 project is built on 3 levels, the lower level being semi-basement in order to conform to the building height ruling in Granada. It is composed of a series of blocks built around a central hub, all dressed in white marble. The entrance to the building is via the sunken courtyard and leads into the reception and distribution area. The assembly hall is to be found on the ground floor, together with training classrooms. Each corner is cut away to allow natural daylight to enter and illuminate the hall. The upper floor is used for the office of the Chairman and his Secretary in addition to the boardroom.

Throughout the building, great care has been taken to conserve natural light by the installation of atriums and windows as well as the reflective quality of the marble used in the interior design.
